Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri

Prime Minister — Morocco

Country momentum 0 — Quarterly momentum: the Bureau's read on the country's trajectory over the last quarter, from −10 (deteriorating fast) to +10 (accelerating).

• Steered Morocco through drought and inflation with 3.2% growth in Q1 2026 and a 15% jump in foreign investment.
• The 2030 World Cup build — $20B in stadiums, rail and ports — is the biggest infrastructure bet in the country's history.
• Kept the Sahara dossier advancing diplomatically while deepening ties with the Gulf and West Africa.
• Fuel-price conflicts of interest dogged him; trust in parties and parliament sits near a third among young Moroccans.
